The product is handcrafted in Austria. The German-made, oiled leather used is naturally tanned and characterized by its soft yet tear-resistant texture. The braiding is done by hand and firmly attached to the solid brass or steel fittings.

Light soiling can be removed with a damp cloth. To keep the leather supple and protect it from moisture, it should be treated regularly with leather conditioner. Washing in a washing machine or drying on a radiator should be avoided, as this will damage the material.
