The cover is made from solution-dyed outdoor fabric with an elegant structure and fine pattern, which is described as scratch-resistant and permanently lightfast. With over twenty thousand abrasion cycles and top ratings for light and color fastness, rub fastness and low pilling, the fabric is designed for long-term use indoors and outdoors. The surface is finished to be water-repellent and mildew-resistant, hardly absorbs odors and, thanks to the elaborate weave, dog hair can be brushed out easily. The ECO Comfort filling is antibacterial, noiseless and odorless, downy soft and remains dimensionally stable without sagging even after many washes.

The covers are removable, treated to be dirt- and water-repellent and machine washable at 30 °C. The insert is washable up to 60 °C, supporting thorough cleaning when higher hygiene is needed. In everyday use, dust and hair can be removed with a brush or upholstery nozzle, and stains can be gently dabbed away with a damp cloth and mild soapy solution. After cleaning or after rain showers, both cover and insert should be allowed to air-dry completely before the cushion is used again.
