The Ortho mattress is constructed from special polyurethane foams, where a pressure-relieving top layer is firmly bonded to a supportive comfort core to permanently prevent depressions. A 100% waterproof and bacteria-resistant incontinence cover with breathable polyurethane coating and CoolPlus function protects the mattress from moisture, dirt and odors while supporting a balanced sleeping climate. All materials are Oeko-Tex certified and suitable for allergy sufferers.

The decorative cover can be removed via a concealed internal zipper and machine washed at 30 °C. The hidden zipper protects floor surfaces from scratches and makes it harder for dogs to chew. The insert can be washed at 60 °C and, thanks to the foam and fiber fillings used, retains its shape without sagging. The waterproof protective cover is washable at high temperatures and suitable for tumble drying, allowing thorough cleaning even after heavy soiling. After washing, all parts should be completely dry before the dog bed is used again.
