The dog bed is manufactured in Germany from carefully selected materials. The decorative cover is made from a high-quality velvet upholstery fabric of 100% polyester with a soft touch. Thanks to the dense weave and a stain-protection finish, the fabric is highly abrasion-resistant and retains its shape. The Ortho mattress features a sandwich core of specialized polyurethane foam, in which a pressure-relieving top layer is firmly bonded to supportive comfort foam so that no depressions form. A 100% waterproof and bacteria-resistant protective cover with CoolPlus function fits closely around the core, quickly absorbs liquids and guides them to the surface where they can evaporate rapidly. Inner cover and filling are made from polyester with a blend of polyurethane sticks and 3D-crimped siliconized hollow fiber for additional soft comfort.

The velvet cover is removable and machine washable at 30 °C. Light soiling can be gently dabbed off the surface in daily use with a soft cloth and mild cleaner without soaking the fabric. The insert is washable up to 60 °C and retains its shape and loft even after repeated cleaning. The waterproof protective cover is also washable and suitable for tumble drying, ensuring a high hygiene standard even with wet fur or little accidents. After each wash, all textiles should be completely dry before the dog bed is used again.
