The cover is made from a durable fabric with recycled polyester, whose production uses less water and energy and helps reduce the CO₂ footprint. The filling combines recycled plastic fibres and chopped foam, so that up to one hundred PET bottles can be reused per bed. This combination creates a soft yet supportive lying surface with orthopedic support. Production takes place in Portugal with efficient, resource-saving processes.

The covers are removable and can be machine washed at thirty degrees. Concealed zippers protect the floor from scratches and preserve the clean, compact look of the pouf. In everyday use, hair and dust can be easily vacuumed or brushed off with a soft brush. After washing, the cover should be left to air-dry completely before being put back on.
