Before washing, the coat should be brushed carefully to remove loose hair or tangles. Larger knots can be trimmed with scissors beforehand. The shampoo can be used diluted at a 10:1 ratio or undiluted. It is applied to wet fur, gently massaged in, and rinsed out thoroughly. Contact with the eyes should be avoided. If necessary, the process can be repeated. After drying, the coat can be brushed or styled as usual.
